While our Founding Father’s were putting together the final touches of a document that would declare our Independence of British Suppression, the Head Chef of the City Tavern across the street from Independence Hall was preparing a feast of celebratory magnitude.

Now, Eleven Score and Sixteen Years later, we celebrate with fireworks, parades, and friends and family gatherings. What is the single component that brings these three events together?  We Colonists proudly call it… Bar B Que.
